成立世界脊柱健康联盟新加坡总会签约仪式，新加坡手法医学研究会正式成为世界脊柱健康联盟新加坡国家总会。由世界脊柱健康联盟主席陈忠良博士与新加坡手法医学研究会主席朱立信硕士代表签署。
Contract signing ceremony of appointment of Singapore National Committee of World Spinal Health Association. Singapore Association of Manipulative Medicine was appointed as the representative of World Spinal Health Association. The agreement was signed by Dr. Chen Zhongliang, chairman of World Spinal Health Association, and Dr. Choo Led Sin, Chairman of Singapore Association of Manipulative Medicine.
