第十五期扶阳罐培训班
The 15th intake of Fu Yang Guan Training course
由于这次培训班的日期地点与“世界中联中医诊断学专业委员会成立大会暨第一届学术年会（2014·长沙）”刚好碰在一起，本人受邀为本次的培训班主讲一些课题。有意出席本次培训班者可联系我。

一、招生对象1. Audience
仅限代理商员工及加盟店参加 Only for employees of distributors or franchise shops.
二、开班时间 2. Date and Time
2014年6月21日报到，培训时间6月22日-27日

四、培训方式 4. Training Method
采取理论授课与实训相结合，学员互动与教师辅导相结合。上午、下午、晚上全天学习。
Combination of theory and practical class. Full day training from morning to evening.
五、学时安排 5. Course arrangement
每天（含晚上）安排10个学时，共约70个学时，其中理论课30学时，实践课及教学互动35学时。
10 hours per day, total of about 70 hours training time, including of 30 hours theory and practical, and 35 hours of practice.
六、培训教材及师资 6. Course materials and lecturer's qualification
采用中国中医药出版社出版的《扶阳调理与扶阳罐》、《扶阳罐操作手法》、《扶阳罐临床应用汇编》等专业及参考资料。师资由湖南中医药高等专科学校教授、教材编写人及本领域的知名专家担任。
Teaching materials include textbooks published by China press of traditional Chinese medicine. Lecturers from Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College, authors of text books and famous experts from TCM industry.
七、学员待遇 7. Student's Award
学员学习结束，经考试、考核合格后：
After completed and passing the exam:
1、可获得中和亚健康服务中心颁发的《亚健康刮痧调理师资格证书》。该项目已纳入国家中医药管理局继续教育委员会的继续教育实施项目。
Student will be awarded. The project has been incorporated into the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuing Education Project of the Continuing Education Committee.
2、可获得由中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部颁发的CETTIC《亚健康扶阳罐调理师证书》。
Certificate of CETTIC to be issued by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security
3、可获得由湖南中医药高等专科学校康复保健系颁发的《亚健康康复保健师结业证书》。。
Certificate of 'Sub-Health Managing Certificate' will be issued by Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College
4、可获得株洲扶阳医疗器械有限公司、亚健康中医扶阳罐调理技术推广办公室颁发的《亚健康扶阳罐调理师资格证书》。
Certificate of 'Fu Yang Guan Sub-Health Therapist' will be issued by Sub-Health Fu Yang Guan Promoting Department.
以上两个证书也是申报“亚健康中医扶阳罐调理技术示范单位、示范店”、星级机构与“中医扶阳养生万里行活动”申报、评选的必备条件。
The certificates are also a must qualification for applying 'Fu Yang Guan Sub-Health Demonstrating Unit', Star standard unit, and '
